Warranty and returns
What is covered if something goes wrong, and how to make a claim.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
The Sea Pools warranty below is in addition to those rights.
Sea Pools warranty
- Float and seating deck: 2 years against defects in materials and workmanship, including seams, welds, valves and D-ring patches
- Net, headrope and lead line: 2 years against defects in materials and workmanship, including stitching and clips
- Accessories: 12 months, unless the accessory's own manufacturer gives a longer warranty
The warranty starts on the day you receive your Sea Pool.
What the warranty does not cover
- Damage from propellers, boat hulls, anchors, rocks, reef, hooks, knives or other sharp objects
- Inflating above the rated pressure, or using a pump other than one suited to drop-stitch inflatables
- Damage from marine animals
- Normal wear, UV fading and marine growth, or storing it wet or dirty for long periods
- Using it in ways the owner's manual says not to, or modifying it
Making a claim
Email us with your name, order number, photos of the problem and a short description of what happened. We will reply within 5 business days. Where a repair or replacement is needed, we will arrange it and cover the freight for valid claims.

Change-of-mind returns
If you change your mind, you can return an unused Sea Pool in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Return freight is at your cost. The Sea Pool XL and custom sizes, layouts and colours cannot be returned for change of mind.
