Pre-order and deposit terms

Joining the list

Joining the pre-order list is free and does not commit you to buy. It puts you first in line when deposits open, while early-bird places last.

Deposits

• When deposits open, you pay a flat $1,000 deposit (including GST) on any size.
• Early-bird pricing is available to the first 50 deposits received, across all sizes. After that, deposits are taken at RRP.
• Your deposit locks in the price shown when you pay and secures your place in a production run. The deposit comes off that price, and the balance is due before dispatch.
• Your deposit is fully refundable for any reason until production of your batch starts. We will email you before that date.
• After production starts, your Sea Pool is being built for you. If you cancel then, we may keep the part of your deposit that covers costs we have already paid for your order, and we will refund the rest.

Production runs

We build in batches. Each batch has a minimum number of orders and a closing date, published when deposits open. If a batch does not fill by its closing date, we refund every deposit in that batch in full, or you can choose to move to the next batch.

Paying the balance

We will email you when your Sea Pool is ready to ship. The balance is due before dispatch. If you do not pay the balance within 15 days of that email, we may cancel the order and refund your deposit less any costs set out above.

Delivery

We confirm the delivery window when deposits open and keep you updated if anything changes. Freight is quoted separately and depends on where you are, or you can collect from Port Lincoln at no charge. If delivery is delayed by more than 8 weeks past the confirmed window, you can cancel and get a full refund.

Changes to the product

The Sea Pool is still in prototype testing, so details may be improved before production. If we make a change that materially affects what you ordered, we will tell you before production starts and you can cancel for a full refund.

Colours on screen are a guide. Final PVC colours are matched to the manufacturer's standard range.

XL and custom builds

The Sea Pool XL and custom sizes, layouts and colours are quoted individually and built in limited numbers each year. Because they are made to your specification, the custom quote will set out its own deposit and cancellation terms.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. See our warranty and returns page.
